S/o Jake S/o his dad #BigDaddyTim they gave me this beer and needless to say.. this is a really good brew. I don’t get the whole underground mountain aspect of this but Idgaf. Its like a bourbon flavored coffee. Straight up gonna know me on my ass.

Big coffee nose, rich chocolate flavor followed by the bourbon. Nice sipping brew.

Oei, tropische verrassing in melkchocolade! Zware chocolade- en stevige Sumatra koffietonen. Verraderlijk biertje, je hebt de neiging snel weg te drinken.

Rich & flavorful; chocolate, with some roasted malts; Barrel-aging quite noticeable; possibly some molasses in the flavor profile; going to pick up some more of this.

A year's aging seems to have given the coffee in this a burnt quality. Still good but better fresh

8-7-19 from cellar. Smell coffee and a little bourbon. Taste smooth vanilla, chocolate, nutty coffee, mellow bourbon back. Very smooth and creamy. A bit on the sweet side.

Wowzer! Not always a fan of barrel aged, but sometimes I itch for an Imperial. Dont usually these put into a brown ale! Boy am I glad they did! It was sweet, smooth, and had a great balance. Thick, but not overly heavy. Will get again!

Sehr schön kräftig, trotz Malzigkeit und Süße schon anders als ein Bock, aber eben auch kein typisches Brown Ale. Die Fasslagerung rundet sehr schön ab.

BBA Imperial Brown Ale gebrouwen m/ Sumatra-koffie. 1 jaar gerijpt i/d Grand Rapids-grotten. Geroosterde mout. Vanille x eik v/d bourbonvaten. Allemaal mooi in balans m/d koffie. Lijkt wel nitro-textuur. Lekker!
