Booze is a bit sharper and roast bitterness as the end is more pronounced.

Pulled an old one out. Seems a bit watery and flat. I still have a 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 left. Guess I better drink up!

Oldest one I got! Perfect for a Snow day! Aged beautifully, still get a bit of booze from the barrel but smooth as silk

2/12/15. Has that bourbon feel to it. Think I prefer it fresh but a great backbone

Super mellow with age but still had a nice little spiciness. Well rounded overall. Think I still have like 5 more years' worth to try out.

7 yrs on and following a 22 and 21 BCS… a sweet hit up front but fades almost as quick with dried fruit flavors. Thinning a bit but solid stout still kickin

Yes, drinking a bottle I have been aging since 2015, just to see how it aged. It has aged very well. Very mellow. Nice coffee flavor.
