Пахнет, конечно, роскошно — вафля с орехово-шоколадным кремом, отдельно горький шоколад, чуть кофейного ликера. Вкус чуть менее впечатляющ, но весьма неплох — больше горького шоколада и кофе, за ними чуть кленового сиропа и деревяшки. Хорошая штука.

This is really, REALLY (did I say really?) tasty. Founders puts out several versions of KBS and they’re all good, but this is exceptional. If it’s available near you, get it. You won’t regret it.

Cold flavors on display -maple, chocolate, roasted coffee, and malty. As it warms most of these flavors subside and left with chocolate sweetness with slight barrel flavor. What a day, began egg hunt in snow, ended mowing the grass - vacay! BO 10.27.20

Coffee did not mellow out over the 2 year mark to bring the maple fudge flavors forward, but still has some good depth!

Been aging this one a couple of years. I like that the coffee taste has faded, and the maple and fudge has come forward more. Slightly fizzy now, also. Happy Easter!

As soon as you open the bottle you can smell the sweetness coming out of it. It is thick and luscious with coffee hint aftertones. I don't get any maple syrup taste though. Wonder if the taste would be different had I had one right away.

Wow en lækker Stout. SÅ vildt meget sødme. Afpasset med en lille portion kaffe og god kakao, sluttende med en mild barrel aged smag. Den er dælme godt afstemt og sukkerlækker. Igen wow!!

Sterk geurend biertje, ruikt naar chocolade en siroop. Hij stond al even op 5 graden, dus even op temperatuur laten komen. Maar dan heb je ook wat 🤩. Zoete koffie met dikke siroop en karamel smaak. Gevolgd door een bittere afdronk met een vleugje banaan

Bottled 27 Oct 2020. Alcohol is more pronounced. Coffee notes. The fudge and maple syrup notes have dissipated though. Tastes more of a drier normal KBS. Okay but the fudge flavor hasn’t aged with it.

Lite lenare och mildare i kaffe smaken än vad jag kommer ihåg den från förra året. Jag får även för mig att söttman har kommit fram på ett bättre sätt efter ett års lagring.
