Caramel is quite a bit stronger in this batch, a hit boozier and oakier as well. Similar biscuity and figgy maltiness, somewhat nutty as well.

Here’s to this beer. Been aging for a bit over two years now. Great caramel nose. Smells like a barleywine. It’s really starting to taste nice. Nothing sharp. Not bubbly
