Bottled 2/28/2019. This one has aged well. Slightly sweet and oakey.

Doften densamma som tidigare; bourbon, sirap, karamell. Smaken är nu än rundare och lenare. Tydliga bourbontoner med mycket vanilj. Påtaglig smak av torkad frukt (~dadlar). Mer rakt fram, mindre komplex. Söt och alkoholstark. Fint lagrad och mycket god!

Boozy caramel toffee dark fruit nose. Sweet boozy. Good mouthfeel. One of my Founders favs and it's aged nicely.

Bottle date of 9/3/2019. This brew has aged so well..... strong, complex layers of flavor and smooth as silk! It's almost brandy-like!
