Lots of coffee, balanced bitterness,medium-high body. Drinkable,nice. High carbonation, alittle too bitter at the aftertaste.

This is better fresh. All the coffee is for with only chocolate remaining. It’s not a bad thing, just not what it is fresh. After an afternoon swimming it hits the spot with steak.

Not real big on stouts unless they're barrel aged, but this is decent.

Kraftig og fyldig. Solberg, kaffe. Forholdsvis gøy IBU. Lang ettersmak.

It’s aged alright. I feel like I’m getting more imperial oatmeal as opposed to the coffee and chocolate I’m partial to with this brew.

So surprised how this beer holds the road. Such a tasty BF stout. Loads of coffee and dark chocolate. Just wonderful. With all these sweet pastry stouts now, how is this not produced more often!

Bottled 8/1/19. Smooth roasted darkness. Black coffee in a beer. Aged nicely. Founder’s Flight 1/4.
