Chocolat et vanille. Le fût apporte des notes boisée. Le caramel maintient la noisette en bouche sur le palais. Enrobante et très bonne, mais un poil moins gourmande que la version 2019.

This beer hasn't been cellar'd, it's been barn'd. Meaning it was outside for 90 degree summer days, the negative 14 day last February, and the 100 degree sauna days of running the wood stove into the danger zone. This is the first of three barn'd beers.

Prachtige dikke stout, diep bruin zonder gloed, mooie bruine bijpassende fijnparelige schuimkraag. Rijke smaak, mooie zoete rozijntjes in balans met de aan- en afdronk. Dankjewel Frank. Feest om te degusteren 🍻

Yes my friends, it's that time of year. Smooth, creamy, slightly bitter dark chocolate. Roasty coffee beans, not much barrel sweetness.

coffee nose on the pour..bourbon popped once settled..coffee roared back as it warmed..lots of bitter dark chocolate & coffee flavors

Smooth barrel, balanced coffee and chocolate. Doesn’t taste or feel like a 12% ABV at all. I like the variants better, but like its 2020 vintage, this is a solid entry
