Quite heavy on the flavors (perhaps a bit too much coffee, bourbon and syrup on the front). The stout malt bill seems hidden behind the other tastes like Sasquatch in the north woods. Ok, maybe not quite as elusive. Bring back the beer please.

Finally got a hold of one of these. Sometimes I spend a lot of time searching for a beer only to be disappointed. This one, not disappointing AT ALL. ❤️

Aroma de maple e barril. No paladar mais maple, barril, café, chocolate amargo, torra e leve tosta. Dulcor baixo e amargor médio equilibrados em uma base licorosa.

Channel surfing between Disney Plus, ESPN, and SNY; CBS seemed to fit in well with the motif. Plus it’s delicious. My last CBS bomber 😟 but I’m starting to think I don’t want to age stuff TOO long anyway.

No maple content left. Some coffee notes. Drink it fresh folks 🙃 Probably applies to most pastry stouts IMHO.

I forget just how good this beer is until I open another bottle. A really soft velvet mouthfeel and the coffee, chocolate and maple are all so distinct and delicious. That sweet maple on the very back though….sooooo damn good!

Un stout de 2018 qui a parfaitement vieilli, pas top much sur le sucré et l’érable mais bien gourmand tout de même avec un finish bourboné comme les américains savent le faire. 4,30

Oh yeah. What a way to start a fishing day. This delicious gem pairs well with cinnamon-sugar French toast. Hoping this helps putting walleyes on the hook.

I cracked this open after reading online some flavor may be lost in the aging process. Just over 4 years old. Happy to report the flavor is still there. Maple sweetness on the front, bitter chocolate at the end. Still delicious! (Cold taste)
