I hated this when I opened it 3 years ago. Pleasantly surprised how great this tastes now.

I’ve held onto this baby for 3 years. Smooth and rich. Embracing the season!

Yup - you’re seeing that right. Uno has a keg of CBS from 2018 that has been aging quite nicely. More mellow and smooth than when it was first released. The oakey bourbon notes are still quite noticeable, but not overpowering. Missing the maple though.

Still drinking well. Bourbon still present but, the maple and coffee have faded a bit.

Rich chocolate, coffee, and syrup dances around every sip! Bourbon and oak come through more and more as is warms. This was worth the wait. Merry Christmas y’all!

Last 2018 bottle, wish I had one more 😂 . Nice robust rich chocolate, maple 🍁 syrup and bourbon 🥃 notes. It gets better as it warms. Syrupy, nice viscosity and thick. Delicious! 💯🥳😈

Canada! They have all the answers. I’ve patiently waited almost 4 years to crack this open and damned if it ain’t better than the shinzit I bought last week. It takes the patience of a 17 year old boy crossing the Canadian border to appreciate the wait!
