A really nice stout with a sweet creamy malty coffee & nutty flavors

Not the 5 it was when it was first released. Maple is less present but coffee and barrel great. Classic that will never get old

CBS is probably Founders best beer, which is saying a lot as every beer they make is good, many of which are great. The only thing I could use more of with this is slightly more charred oak & bourbon flavors. Other than that, CBS is close to perfection.

Nose is bourbon, maple. Taste still holding up well. Chocolate, maple and bourbon! Thank you WickedMoFo!

Tasty but very seeet. Definitely get maple and coffee. Also a little hint of chocolate. I can only drink in small doses.

Den store feire at jeg fikk igjen på skatten dagen del2: nå handler det om for meg å få denne Ponytaen i level 30 så jeg kan naile fighting-gymen den ølen jeg drikker nå følte jeg ikke spiste kirsebær med de store, litt for søt noe kaffe men litt bitter.

Lukter kaffe, nøtter, litt lønnesirup og søtt brød. Smaker veldig mye kaffe, sjokolade, nøtter, litt lønnesirup og søtt grovbrød. Mye kaffe og sødme på ettersmaken. Fortsatt like mye kaffe etter snart 4 år

Lenge sida sist. Kaffen og fatet er nesten borte. Sjokoladen har gått i retning av fudge. Litt lønnesirup. Annerledes enn sist.

It's definitely on the decline but it's holding up ok which wasn't the case for the bottles that I had. There's still a bit of maple syrup sweetness and then chocolate, not much else. I'm surprised to see a keg of this out in the wild.

Coffee, bourbon, chocolate and faint maple syrup in the aroma. Taste has coffee, chocolate, mellow bourbon and maple syrup. This is drinking beautifully after 3.5 years. I hope my remaining bottles are the same when I get to them. High 4.5/5
