I had my doubts on this 6 year old brew holding up and was quite surprised at how well it held up. The maple bourbon barrel sweetness is present and blends well with the coffee flavor.

This might be the worst KBS I have ever drank. Very little cherry, weird chocolate flavor and the burnt coffee is just to much.

Fruity and slightly hoppy.

An interesting Red Ale. Cherries, caramel, and toffee notes with just a hint of oak barrel.

I really rejoined this variation of KBS, the Hazelnut went well with the chocolate and coffee notes and made it sweet and smooth to drink.

A beast of a stout. The vanilla smooths out the brew and the maple gives it a nice finish. 13% ABV.

So smooth and I love the fudge flavor.

Love the flavors in the KBS variant. The coffee is subdued with the maple and the fudge/ chocolate flavors give it a smooth finish.

World Wide Stout (2016) Eskew

Finishing the night with a potent stout. My last 2016 World Wide Stout and so damn good.

Big Lushious Eskew

Founders basically nails all of their Raspberry stouts and ales in my opinion, yeah Raspberry brews are my favorites but this was really good. Raspberry and chocolate it was sweet with just enough roasted malt to give it a great sweet bitterness.

Really digging the espresso take on an already awake some brew. Definitely a coffee lovers beer right here!
