Count myself lucky to find this one on draft, especially after so long a time. Smooth, thick mouthfeel with some maple taste. Really comes out since this one is room temperature by now. Really hope this one stays hidden and is available next time I come.

Less coffee than 2017. No tang or maple but still has some bourbon and oak. Excellent. Probably the peak aging before it falls off.

Delish! Sweet, coffee and boozy. Not sure how Reed had this bad boy from 2018 still stored away. Enjoyed at Tucker’s 1st bday party

This tastes like if you had a wooden cup and you were drinking whiskey from it, then you poured the whiskey out onto a burning log. Then you made instant coffee, drank it from that mug, poured it on the log, then wrung out the log into the same cup . Bad.

Sweet and lightly boozy bitter dark chocolate. bourbon kick that mellows to a coffee and chocolate finish.

Yes, I’m cracking my sole 2018 bottle. The 2017 drank real nice back in December👌🏼. This beer has a topsy turvy history: In 2011, it was hailed as The One; by 2019 it was wasting away on shelves. All I can say is: if you hate on it, you’re a jabroni.

Been a long time since I have had one of these - but sure there it is. And so beautifully presented. I remember when David O. Hung the Founders sign in the window. Luxurious stuff. Always a treat. Thick, sweet nectar that it is.
