Bolder than the 2017 at this point. More maple, more roasty coffee notes.

Enjoyed this a lot. Better balanced imo than the big stouts I’ve had recently. Got the Twix bar flavor that I remember loving. Not as thick as some others in the style 4.4

Boozey and threatening on the nose. Pours as thick as maple syrup spewing from a sap tap. Luckily for us, what we sniffed, was different to what we sipped. Beautiful sweet, vanilla, maple and chocolate

I ran the CBS bottling gauntlet. I can’t believe I was able to find three production years at the same place. It was all good, as expected.

More sweetness vis chocolate and maple this year. Less coffee but more bitterness too. Easy drinking but prefer the 2017 vintage a bit more.

C'est vraiment superbe avec deux ans d'âge. La madérisation à ce stade est très agréable, et apporte des notes de fumée et de tabac mouillé. Un crime que cette bière soit tombée sous le couperet!

Even better with a little age. Boozy and sweet. Like pancakes that could get you a DUI.

Taki bieda vertical. Aromat po otwarciu przyjemny, beczkowo-waniliowy, umiarkowany. Smak trochę oklapły, głównie kakaowy. Super balans.
