Caramel, vanilla with a winey malty nose. Warm spicy palate. Oakey vanilla with a bourbon warmth finish.

Oak, vanilla on the nose. Sweet oak, boozy, and there is a fruit on the finish there. Maybe a raspberry or blackberry. Great oak throughout. Solid drink.

Decided to hang with a couple bastards tonight. The barrel serves the base beer well. Nice caramel notes meld well with the barrel.
