Feels a little thinner, most of the chocolate flavor has disappeared but there are still lots of Bourbon characteristics hanging around.

2017 vintage. Maybe lost some carbonation and some coffee flavor, but still good hints of bourbon and sweetness. Overall pretty good. Probably not worth the 5 years wait though. Very smooth.

5.5 years in the fridge and not much worse for the wear. Coffee has dissipated slightly but the bourbon burn is spot on!! 4.35

Aged 5 years. Not noticing any oxidation, thankfully. Fairly smooth for what it is, but definitely still a bit boozy. Coffee and chocolate come through stronger than the bourbon.

This held up pretty well. Last time I had it was January 2021. Less coffee flavor this time to me. Still good.

Friday game night without the usual suspects. Pulled this out and some of the finest tree around. Good Friday there. Not the Jesus holiday but a normal good Friday. I’m winning!!!

Aging nicely. Gonna take down this 750 on my own. Perfect cool evening for a sipper. Very chocolatey, boozy, with some coffee still in the mix
