Minimal barrel presence, but the levels of milk chocolate with caramel notes underneath are tasty af. Some smokiness coming thru on the finish. Very nice.

Another special impeachment celebration brew: finally the booze has subsided and we’ve got KBS in all it’s glory. My worries about losing the coffee were unfounded as this still has plenty of morning joe and chocolate. Barrel nose and lactose. Fantastic.

Bottled on 2/21/17. Still mighty tasty but I liked the 2018 a wee bit more

Started at 11.8. Wonder what its sitting at almost 4 years after the bottling date. Thanks to my brother in law for bringing it down over the holidays.

2017 was another step softer with the vertical tasting. Still plenty of coffee and chocolate, not much booze.

Tony Dungy approved! Holding up well, bourbon has integrated well. Getting some vanilla, chocolate and coffee, when I bought these back in 2017 hard to find, now these are everywhere. Solid beer.

Smells of bourbon and coffee. Taste is coffee and chocolate. Finishes on the thinner side with boozy bourbon and oak. Think it’s falling off now.

Have it a couple years. Bourbon notes are mellow, soft chocolate and a smooth finish. Hides the ABV very well as per usual. Very good, not great.

Covert NYD toast. If we manage our expectations, we may get by this year. Thanks to all of you for your generosity and grace this year, and to Untappd's staff in particular for adapting well to adverse conditions. 2021, here we go!

Mellowed flavors compared to 2019. Definitely prefer over the 2019.

How have ai not checked this in before?!?! Honestly it hasn’t held up as well as I wanted it to. Kinda grimey, coffee grounds-ish
