Ble flasket 12.7.2016, kjøpt på nettsjappa til polet sist uke. Fantastisk stout! Den stanger tett på en blank femmer.

Suuuuuper smooth after 4 years. No alcohol bite, all coffee and chocolate and a sultry whisper of bourbon. The best breakfast I've had in a while

5 year vertical! Coffee and barrel has faded, but heavy chocolate. Very good still and no signs of spoiling

Muistuu mieleen mahtava ilta Berliinin Bierereissä Vesan, Markon, Petterin ja Ranen kanssa ja kaikki herkkuoluet ja hyvä musiikki. Pääsispä taas matkustamaan. Oluenahan tää on ihan klassikko ja bourbon maistuu vahvasti läpi.

This was my first Founders beer back in 2016. Age hasn't done much favors to this one though. The coffee taste opens up slowly and around after 20 min all the flavors started to resemble the KBS I remember + a berry-ish taste as well.

Roast, coffee and ash aroma. Light coffee, bitter chocolate and mild alcohol. Medium bitter and body, light sweet. Bright coffee and old chocolate finish. Balanced but somewhat watery.

My last from this 6-pack, and it’s been good! This bottle is less lively than the one I had 6 months ago. Head died quickly. Nose is wonderful coffee and cacao. Palate follows, with some wood. Not much bourbon until the finish, but this is delish.

Amazing aroma has nuts, bourbon notes, chocolate. Its just perfection, nutty, chocolate, bourbon.

Smooth- but a little heat still from the bourbon. Sweet chocolate at first with that roasted coffee finish. KBS never disappoints.

Burnt malts, dark chocolate, wood and vineousness. All vanilla notes had disappeared from the nose. In the taste vanilla was present but remained pleasantly in the background.
