The cinnamon is a little less overbearing than last time I tried this, and the beer overall is tastier. So I’m thinking that if the trend continues, this will age really well. #Thursdaynightstoutcontinues

Lots of cinnamon and vanilla, not a lot of bourbon barrel. Pretty sweet.

Flavors are interesting but slightly dull. Prefer regular KBS. This one is like a mole stout without the heat. This one could benefit from the heat.

12% BBA Imperial Stout with Coffee, Cinnamon, Vanilla, and Cocoa nibs aged in Oak Bourbon Barrels. The cinnamon really comes through, but in a pleasant way. A tiny hint of ABV on the finish, but a little aging should fix that (bottled 9/2/21).

Can taste the cinnamon briefly at start with a heavy vanilla finish. Tasty but not as meaty as I thought it would be.

Opaque jet-black w/ creamy tan head & lacing. Vanilla & cinnamon nose & taste; add dark-roast coffee & dark-chocolate flavors. There’s bourbon in the finish; especially as it warms. Delicious !

You can’t go wrong with any KBS, but this probably the least mind-blowing variant yet. It’s all there — cinnamon up front, with subtle vanilla, tied together with nice rich chocolate undertones. But I want more barrel and rich decadence.

Definitely get the cocoa, coffee, and cinnamon flavors. I think I smell the vanilla more than I taste it. But it’s good.

Lots of cinnamon and a lesser amount of cocoa. I would have preferred them reversed. Still a fine KBS varient.

I get a lot of semi sweet coca with some vanilla smoothness fantastic beer. But not getting any taste of cinnamon. Delicious though!
