Great nose of a German chocolate cake. No one flavor is over done. Blended really well with the barrel influence. Wish it was thicker but conversely it is drinkable for 12%. This one works for me.

A: cinnamon darkcoffee cocoa wet oak char soft whiskey mild toastedmarshmallow vanilla(wood/adjunct). F: crazy balanced base beer + cinnamon cocoa vanilla oak whiskey & even bitter/sweet is nailed (not cloying or dessert at all). Smooth ABV solid balance.

Might be too cold. Nose is very subtle. Hints of vanilla and coffee. Flavor is very barrel forward and ends with a flourish of cinnamon, vanilla and cocoa. Cheers
