Better then I thought it may be. Hint of cherry is perfect.

Everything was surprisingly muted here. Lack of barrel, minimal cherry (graciously), some mild milk chocolate notes, and a thin mouthfeel.

Chocolate cordials mutes with warming bourbon, whiskey. Surprising how flat the flavor profile is overall. Thinner body easily releasing chocolate with subtle cherry syrup until a slick bourbon shows up. No tremendous evolution.

Yes, Monday nightcap has to come. So I'm finishing with anybody who knows craftbeer. KBS from founders. The cherry isn't overpowering, but the chocolate develops nicely. The bourbon kicks in at the back end as well as the vanilla and coffee.

Sitting has helped this some; nice sweetness now that wasn't there originally. Cheers and chocolate, dessert par excellence

I'm getting some rich chocolate, a little cherry on the end. Better this time than I remember.

Rich and sweet but not syrupy. Cherry complements the roasty malt. More chocolate than cocoa.
