Still waiting for the cherry. Guess I’ll be waiting awhile. But it’s sweet and chocolatey.

Similar sweetness to the maple variant, but with a subtle cherry finish.

Not as strong as other KBS variants, IMO. Maybe should have let it warm a bit more

Straight up bourbon. The sweet cherry comes through on the back end and the chocolate lingers as the booze mellows out. Tasty and heavy.

Coffee dominates. Chocolate supports. Barrel mostly gives chewy feel in finish with some brachs caramel cube. Cherry is fairly elusive. Gives some sweetness. If a la croix has the flavor of fruit in the next room, then this is prob 2 doors down the hall.

Warm, inviting- sweet bourbon wrapped in a ton of milk chocolate. Cherry was really slight at best and this was a boozy, chocolate coffee masterpiece…

Lots of chocolate flavor with a subtle hint of cherry; I like it! This is the KBS I thought I was opening an hour ago, haha!

Not bad, just a very different beer. Some milk chocolate, some cherry. Basically no coffee or barrel.

Red tinted foam. Deep roasty coffee note with a light cherry flavor. Unlike many stout adjuncts, it's pretty good right from the fridge.
