Oaky, warming nose and mouth feel. Rich and slightly nutty, roasted barley, slightly sticky boozy finish, but not too hot

Great beer added a bit of vanilla ice cream for a bourbon barrel float. Thanks for the aged beer.

Weird glassware because we were at my mother-in-law’s house lol. This is always a good one and after a couple years in the cellar even better. Rich malt balanced out nicely with oak and bourbon with a fair amount of carbonation for the style.

Been a while since I had one of these. Years ago this opened my eyes to barrel aged beers. Doesn’t seem to be what it was then but still holds a special place with me.

Torkade frukter, mörk choklad, bourbon och ekfat. Fortfarande en god skotte även om den inte når upp till tidigare årgångar. Mindre söt och något tunnare.

I had been missing this beer for 4 years so was pretty excited to find it again. Sadly it falls a bit flat for me. Feels like a watered down stout. Wishing it had more body and bitterness

Seems a bit muted compared to older batches. Seems thin/light. However, still a great beer.
