Definitely a little more sweet than I like. Combo of maple and vanilla is a bit extra. More roast needed.

I didn’t dislike it, but it didn’t knock my socks off either. Pretty straightforward porter flavor profile without any highlights. It’s not bad if you want a drinkable, boozy Porter, but if you’re wanting something special look elsewhere.

You can always count on Founders for a good porter/stout. I’m also really growing to appreciate a the porter. Has all the tasting notes I want in a stout, but not as heavy.

Panther piss. Bottle label makes it sound delish but it’s weak on all accounts. Disappointed in global rating - guess it’s me.

Honestly, this isn't really my style of beer these days. That being said, this one isn't too heavy on the tongue. A lighter mouth feel. Nothing like Guinness, but hopefully you get the idea. Lots of vanilla coming through and I like that flavor.

Bottle from The Packie, Solid black in color with a huge frothy tan head that persists. Big vanilla nose with earthy roast behind it. Flavor is maple vanilla roast with light oxidation. Not too shabby.
