Lovely brew and the bottle art is just as glorious as the taste: tons of sweet milk chocolate and caramel (like coffee with a little cream) topped with a little after taste of vanilla. It’s a heavy mouthfeel but sweet enough to almost be a dessert.

This porter pours as thick and dark as a stout with an opaque black body and creamy head. It smells like sweet coffee with just a hint of earth. The flavor is intensely sweet with a rich and creamy mouthfeel. It's syrupy and strong, a nice dessert beer.

Wat een bom van een bier! Heeft op whiskey vaten gelegen en dat smaakt heerlijk door.. met de extra toetsen van ahorn siroop, koffie en vanille is dit een uniek bier!! Voor mij absolute top maar kan me voorstellen dat niet iedereen dit zo kan smaken

It’s not too bad. Slight barrel. Loads of chocolate flavor. Not much vanilla but the maple starts to stand out as it warms. Was expecting a little bit more

This was a pleasant surprise, a bourbon barrel aged Porter with vanilla & maple syrup. Nice bourbon aroma, good vanilla & maple flavors, vanilla dominant. 9.2% ABV.

not a lot of barrel, or maple or vanilla. but all together, this is a fantastic porter. wish i had a 4 pack

Imperial Porter with maple syrup and vanilla extract and then aged in bourbon barrels. Strong vanilla aroma. It’s not all that thick or roasted with malt, dark chocolate, coffee, more than enough vanilla, a splash of maple, and a minor bourbon finish.

Back and forth on this one. From the description you would expect a sweet smooth booze, but a significant roast takes the sweet edge off. Might benefit from 6 more months in the bottle.

Outstanding porter. Hints of maple and bourbon play off one another and add another dimension to this little beast.
