I seem to be in the minority, but this batch doesn't seem as good as past ones I've had. Seems a little light and not as flavorful.

Inviting chocolate and maple fudge nose, moderately thin body, moderate carb, nice sweet milk chocolate and maple mid, drier bourbon and cacao finish, thanks Doc!

Bottled 8/9/22. Still plenty of maple and the familiar KBS bitterness. Chocolate evident through the finish mostly with a baking cocoa like bitterness. Previous sweetness is subdued, overtaken by the Imperial Stout profile. KBS roots showing through.
