Very malty, and on the thick side. Has a bitter aftertaste that lingers longer than I believe it should. Still quite quaffable. Pretty good over all.

Staff meeting. We drove right passed a brewery. If these working conditions continue I'll have to quit.

Might seem like a strange pick on a sultry evening…well it’ll warm up quick and that’s when all the great flavors shine. Revisiting an old favorite!

One of my favorite styles! One of my favorite beers! Malty sweetness from start to finish. mildly drying on the finish with a balanced hop bitterness.

One of my rare broke down and I added a Founders to my mix six.

Not a normal pool day beer, but great nonetheless

Smooth and heavy. I’m not an expert but I really like it.

Sweet with caramel and toffee, dark fruits but with a piney, slightly earthy bitterness balancing.

Cheers! Toasting a new phone in the house. Desperation set in when it was discovered that the Disney app wouldn't work on such an old version as the prior phone.

This is super easy to like. Malty, yeasty, roasty, tannic, bitter, and sweet where it needs to be. All things in balance.

Founders specializes in these malt punch brews. This one’s malt and caramel so I’m torn between drinking it and simmering it down to pour on waffles.

Got a wee heavy Scotch ale here that's both dense and super smooth. Rich caramel notes is absolutely right with maybe a hint of chocolate malts to complement. Drinks easy for an 8.5% ABV. Not a style I seek out generally but I'm cool with this.
