I seem to recall this having more bourbon taste but this time around the taste is more subtle. Still not a fan of the coffee taste but overall, this beer is better than I originally thought.

In bottles is tastes artificially flavored. At least the first three bottles of this four pack did. The fourth I kept for more than a year and I was very much impressed with it.

Painful to rate this low as I'm sure its a lovely taste for some people. Really doesn't do it for me. Tastes like medicine and rubbing alcohol.

Past couple times having kbs I’ve been a bit underwhelmed. This one however is drinking beautifully. Tons of bourbon coffee and chocolate. Feels sweeter and thicker than I remember.

Realized I hadn't had a fresh KBS in like 2 years... so obviously I had to go grab a 4 pack to confirm that its still good... which it is

Wow! The only reason not to give it 5 is that I want to be open to the idea there might be something even better out there. However, I seriously doubt it.
