Btld May.6.21 big bourbon and rich coffee. Alc heat. Feel like body is a lil thin but prolly my dumb palate.

Annata 2019. Caffè e cioccolato sono ancora importanti al naso ma in bocca è uno splendido bourbon che esce fuori prepotente, con i suoi sentori di vaniglia, frutta sotto spirito e legno. Splendido blend, morbidissima ma potente, gentile e mai arrogante

1 finger brown head. Coffee boozy aroma. Full of coffee flavour, boozy af burns down tae throat crazy for a bier. Can feel tae whiskey flav n barrel. Sweet side flavs not sure if it is bitter boozy or sweet... Confusing..

LCI @ WFG 2021.1, day 2. Another classic, but does feel slightly more safe and commercialised than the Parabola. Bourbon, plenty of coffee, some roast and lightly boozy. Could do with some more richness, maybe. Still pretty damn good beer, though.
