Really really raspberry heavy for a stout. Founders made it solid though. A classic for them I haven’t had.

Raspberry sweetness is well balanced with the dark chocolate bitterness. Smooth and easy to drink. Great sipper.

A bit of adjuncts that give a wierd aftertaste but it's ok. Good berry flavor.

I wanted to like this one better... out of the bottle the sweet/fruit/raspberry was prominent, with just a little of the booziness at the finish... as it warms I am not sure it got any better...

Nice moreish beer from a solid brewery. Plenty of raspberry, probably a little too much that hides a little the other flavours.. Still got some chocolate though.. Easy drinking and quite light..
