Came off sour as it warmed. Ice cold it’s KBS with a hint of blueberry. Glad I tried it, buts the worst of the series for me.

Definitely my least favorite KBS of the series I get strong fake blueberry up front as well as a load of bourbon it's almost too overpowering and it just does not pair together well

11,2% Imp. Stout (blåbær). Duft af behagelig sødme, en undertone af frugt. Smag af blåbær, uden det er for meget, lækker sødme, vanilje. En undertone af fad. En ok fylde, lidt til den tynde side, uden det betyder det store. En ganske fin øl.

Noce and sweet stout, not overky thick. Interesting mixin of Cinzano/Cherry wine.

I suppose the streak was going to end someday. I have loved every KBS until now. I just don’t get the blueberry combination with the other adjuncts and it just doesn’t work for me.  But at least it’s strong.

Strong blueberry and chocolate but little to no bourbon. It would be decent for a blueberry stout, but for BA, it falls flat.

This rating is strictly personal preference. I am not typically a fan of anything labeled imperial and thought I'd try it. Still not a fan though I did like the blueberry but once it warmed it's "imperialness" just overpowerd the parts I liked.

Blech. Too tart. Doesn't even taste like Blueberry. Should have bought a single. Has zero depth. No vanilla, no coffee, no chocolate. This one stinks. So disappointed. Maybe it will cellar good.

Well if you could mix a fruited sour and a stout this is as about as good as it could get. But the flavor don't naturally blend well. I don't hate it. It's definitely fitting what they're going for but the fruit overpowers much of what makes kbs good.

Love KBS. Blueberry missed the target. Odd taste/mix. Was very syrupy (blah). Artificial. Didn’t have that pop KBS usually has. Overall not bad. The blueberry you get. The bourbon is discreet. Coffee and malty tastes get drowned out somehow. Tasted thick.

Having this side by side with something as astounding as the Paisley Cave Complex really helped put things in perspective.

In the world of blueberry ba stouts this one finds itself on the lower end when drank next to BL Paisley Cave Complex. Malty nose, mellow blueberry character and and barrel almost absent.

A little blueberry on the nose combines with a bit of vanilla and buttery oak, making this a boozy, chocolate-y blueberry muffin. The blueberry is easily tasted, but appears as a sour flavor instead of sweet, and finishes with some slightly dry chocolate.
