This is very unique. I am not a huge pumpkin spice person but it's tasty, and if I was I think I'd really love this.

The barrel aging cuts the sweetness just enough.

Pumpkin and barrel on nose. Palate has a lot of anise star flavor but sweet from the maple syrup, pumpkin spice meld with a boozy barrel to finish in a nice warmmanner. Reminds me of the odd side sweet potato soufflé beer.

Oak barrel, pumpkin and licorice like spice. Heavy anise on the tongue. Very sweet from the maple. Heat going on the aftertaste (Spiced).

Better than I thought, get the maple on the nose, first sip I get a caramel pumpkin, not much barrel however I get some rum flavor, spices are subtle, maple sugars smooths the finish and hides that 13.1%. 🎃🔥

One of the better pumpkin beers in the last five years. The barrel and maple syrup make the beer.

Dig it, but too much cinnamon and not enough pumpkin spices. Boozy warming. Ginger. Slight maple. Slight bourbon.

10/20/23 - Not the best pumpkin beer I’ve had, but this is a solid, barrel aged and high ABV offering nonetheless.

Pumpkin and maple syrup in the aroma. There's no pumpkin in this, but they did a good job combining the spices. Taste has a nice pumpkin pie flavor to start, immediately followed by maple syrup and light bourbon in the finish. Med-full body, low carb. 4
