Btl Nov.27.23 huge chocolate followed w/ hazelnut and vanilla and coffee. Barrel blends into the finish and rounds out the sweet adjuncts. Full bodied sweet stout. Fun recipe - great execution imho

A newer one in Founders Barrel Aged series, this one is bourbon barred aged and flavored with chocolate & hazelnut coffee, the hazelnut is subtle. 10.6% ABV.

Boozy sweet Bourbon barrel, Frangelico, and Kahlua vibes grease this rich roast malt velvet-carpet Imperial Stout. Barky warmth settling as I swirl my bowl glass. Rye hint? Tis the season! Cheers!

Finally founders does an adjunct stout that's good again ever since Mackinac I was worried they were done but this proved me wrong. Fudge, fresh coffee, light barrel, dark malt heavy body low carb

Very nice. Tastes like version of Mackinac KBS (my favorite KBS variant) but barrel aging is not nearly as strong - thought was a non-BA version

Not a lot of BA flavor. Hazelnut not overpowering which is a good thing for me. Pretty smooth for 10 6%.
