Always a KBS fan. Spicy should not be a description for this beer. Lacks the spicy but the base beer is solid as usual.

Founders tasting #4 Very faint chili flavor, otherwise quite similar to KBS. Nice but wouldn't mind more. You could almost mistake the spice for booziness.

Final KBS, giving spicy chocolate a second chance. This time, in comparison to the other KBS, there’s a tiny spicy burn. But if you had blindly given this to me, I probably wouldn’t guess that it was spicy.

Just the right amount of heat. Builds slowly. All the usual KBS flavors, with boosted chocolate

I am not a fan of beers with pepper. That being said, this is pretty great. The pepper is perfectly balanced with the chocolate and overall KBS base. Truthfully, I didn’t expect to like this but I’m really impressed.

So often the chili is too much in variations like this, but I’d say this is well balanced. Really nice on a cold winter afternoon

Hadn’t had a stick in several days. Decided I wanted one. It’s 47 degrees with little wind so it was a good evening for one. The third of this beer for me.1st I didn’t really like 2nd was much better this the 3rd I really like. Give em a chance. 🍻🍻

Very mild spicy finish that just barely lingers. Not sure how anyone could get no spiciness at all on this. Great chocolate flavor and excellent beer as always.
