Big, Bold, but tastes too much like Expresso IMHO

This is gonna keep me up, so I'll have to find another beer. But this tastes like what's you'd expect! It's really chocolate, coffee. And super rich. Let it warm up a bit, it's better

KBS Espresso is my favorite variant, and I was hoping this would one-up it, but it doesn’t. Much more chocolate than coffee, and still not as good as Espresso.

Pretty solid, one of the better variants. As expected, barrel is a bit hidden from adjuncts, but thankfully not overly sweet. Medium bodied. Pretty good.

Another great beer from Founders! More chocolate-y than KBS; I actually like the original KBS better. But this is still a very good beer.

Espresso aroma hits you. A smooth 12%. roasted malt, chocolate and espresso. a wonderful combination. Another tasty addition to the KBS series.

A smoky espresso nose with some dry dusty cocoa around the edges. Big KBS footprint, nice barrel-y element, a sweetish licorice/root beer,/dark chocolate vibe.
