Winter Hexagon

IPA - Triple New England / Hazy

This TIPA is part 3 of the Winter Skies series, celebrating the asterisms of the winter season. A double dry-hop of Idaho 7, The Bruce and Citra gives you notes of white currant, pineapple and peach on a pillowy body. Try to find the six stars that form the Winter Hexagon while the tropical taste lifts you up.

Humle men desværre lidt for hurtigt overdøvet af sødmen.

Big juicy and resinous TIPA. Just what the doctor ordered this afternoon.

Zo Denemarken tijdens onze wereld bieren dag. We hebben echt ons best gedaan. En de brouwer heeft ook goed zijn best gedaan. Hoppigheid met een boozy afdronk.

Oh my that's good. Picked up for half price cos the bbf 29.09 so I imagine the hops have faded alot but for me this still rocks. Rich jammie apricot and tropical sweetness. Musty boozy deliciousness

Jeg er normalt ikke til Tipa, men denne overrasker positivt, trods at den også er alt for gammel (har været opbevaret på køl), så holder den sgu ret godt. Lidt for sød selvfølgelig, men ellers ret fint balanceret.

Boozy and sweet…would love to try it fresh and not 18 months past Best Before date. It’s very sweet, sherbety, very sticky citrus. But not bad…drinkable at least!

Very juicy, hazy, somewhat sweet, hoppy and slightly boozy DDH TIPA. Dry hopping is quite evident. Some tropical pineapple notes and some sharp hop bitterness hiding behind the sweetness.

Boozy and slightly bitter triple IPA with a creamy almost thick texture, some sweetness and lots of fruity hops.

Frugtig rund fuldig, meget citra smag, og meget mild tørhed. Virkelig go.

Quite ironic that my first impression on Dry & Bitter IPA’s, like in this case is, that it’s a bit too sweet..

Intense fruity notes of pineapple and grapefruit, peach and papaya, big juicy fruity aroma and taste, hop spice bite and citrus peel, sweet malty backbone with a fluffy soft dense mouthfeel and body, robust hoppy finish. Gorgeous. Best of the three.

Canned 17Feb20. Sweet and warming with mango, peach, honey, cantaloupe and orange. Nice to drink a D&B without earthy notes, like I remember Hej5...

Really Great mouthfell. So Creamy, but also so sweet. Intense taste of hops but no hopburn or bitterness What so ever. This was still better the first time

Tak Patrick 😍 Sindsygt lækker humle! Tropisk, sød, sindsygt tyk mundfylde, meget creamet. Jeg er ikke så meget til TIPA og jeg syntes også at den her bliver for tung, sød og alkoholisk.

Peachy for sure but that harsh hoppy flavour is not what I've expected
