Been waiting to see how this was after some time and it didn’t disappoint. Smooth, sweet at the front from the honey, great wood flavor to finish. Excellent.

Very smooth and strong. Sweet cherry flavors coat your mouth near the end. Not bad.

This is great. Super woody and Smokey. Mild sweetness and tobacco/chocolate.

Woody, roasted malt, chocolate, hints of cherry, boozy and delicious!

Cellar beer! Dated 5/24/18. Wood has mellowed, but still tasty!

Barrel & cherry on the nose, follows through to the flavor. Very smooth. Got a bottle of this at home I'm excited to drink now!

Bottled 11/30/18, I think but hard to read the date hiding on the bottle neck. I attempted to listen to Bitches Brew for the 3rd time in 25 years but I can't. I was kinda hoping that I was over my distaste for Fusion Jazz. Nope. Paired with Kind of Blue.

Night cap. Pour bien terminer une belle soirée et pour célébrer une belle victoire du CH.

Very heavy on oakiness, almost caramel like with the honey.

Aged beautifully. Nice balance that wasn’t there 3 years ago.

So mellow, it drinks like an imperial schwarzbier. Has a brininess like kalamata olive that wasn’t present fresh.

Diggin' back in the coffers for tonight! Although less cherry and a lot more wood. Aged real well.

Lots of carbonation. Wood barrel gives this a wine flavor.

Smoothed out well. Sweet licorice and little barrel. Very good!

Like old times, with one major absence. Judy's treat.

Nice strong dark roast and still alive, a hint of acidity I didn’t expect, don’t get much honey, I’d drink what you’ve got now

6 of 10 the wood notes seem ashy at first, like a bitter component when drinking. The aftertaste goes from caramel, to coffee, to a bit of lingering sour. Quite Interesting how it’s aged.

Loved this beer fresh! Aged for 5 years, definitely on the downside of the bell curve. Still love it!
