When I used label my beer hoards... Held up very well. Slightly carbonated still and good have faded into the malt 99.99%

Aged incredibly well. Drinking like a mellow barleywine. Zero harshness; minimal booze; nice raisen-y malt flavors predominate.

Don’t call yourself a beer geek if you’re not drinking two of these for 12/01/20.

Drier and sweeter, but also more enjoyable than fresh in small pours.

I was going to save this for a full decade but figured the Browns making the playoffs for the first time in 18 years was a worthy occasion to crack it open

Dusting off a 2013 bottle for the big FIVE O. The oldest bottle I’ve had so far has been 6 years. At 8 years this one is dark, smooth but yet still boozy AF. Now I can’t wait to try a bottle at 10years. Not an every but my favorite celebratory beverage.

02/15/13. Murky syrupy body. Bold hopping rate persists with a US #BiL profile gliding beneath. Very little off flavor oxidation, 120 has legs for the long haul.

Bottled: 2/15/13. Little to no hop flavor remains, pretty much all malt. Very good for sitting in the bottle over 8 years! Very sweet malt with very little alcohol burn for the high ABV.

Started out as sweet Sherry, the hops were there but kind of ghostly if that makes sense. Was awesome drinking one of these with so much age on it. Toward the end got a little weird, cardboard and muted but bottle was short filled so who knows.

Stashed for a very long time, still solid flavor. 4-5 years are the best age for my liking on 120 just a bit past it’s prime for this one. 4.15

I didn’t realize I held on to this that long lol. The date was hard to see until I poured the bottle. Anyway, it tastes more like a barleywine. I don’t taste hops but I do get a smooth caramel flavor (& aroma)which makes me like this.

Pretty good. Very mellow compared to a fresh bottle. The malt is really shining through with an almost chocolatey character. Honestly I am less impressed than I was expecting but it's still really good.
