120 Minute IPA

IPA - Imperial / Double

The Holy Grail for hopheads! Clocking in at 15-20% ABV, 120 Minute IPA is continuously hopped with a copius amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with another pallet of hops. Unfiltered and abundently hoppy.

Very well balanced and strong with a metric ton of flavor. The alcohol still sneaks in around the edge making it hard to give a very high rating but it's very flavorful with a good deal of hops and sweetness.

"Holy grail for hopheads..."? I'm not so sure about that, but it is tasty for something so boozy.

N: strong, bit of booze, hoppy, some dark malty notes too P: very strong, very boozy, roasted malt, plenty of hops, almost burns going down from the strength F: almost whiskey-cocktail-esque, looong finish

Significantly sweeter than both the 60 and the 90. Very malty and boozy.

Hoppy Easter! This was surprisingly good for how boozy! Or maybe it was surprisingly good because it is so boozy!

The rumors were true; this is by far one of best IPA's ever. I'm not a hoppy type but this was smooth, amber color, and delicious.
