Got this from my older brother. He had the foresight to write the date on it and now aging for over 2 years. Barely tastes like an IPA anymore, more like a Belgian. Rich and smooth, caramel. "Ages well" on the label is right.

2014, seven years old. Big fig flavor, boozy but bot too hard.

Holy shit. Do I *like* my first IPA? Wtf. This is almost just straight hoppy liquor, like a spicy bourbon or something. It’s insane, and I’m not sure whether or not to be upset that I somewhat enjoy this. I guess this $18 Christmas present was worth it.

Aged for an unknown amount of time. Best guess around 2 years, still very tasty!

Очень карамельно, без резких выебонов, с длительным послевкусием, ожидал совсем другого, но так тоже хорошр

Less boozy than I expected. Not overly hoppy, has like a raisin’y taste almost, smooth, flavorful, slightly sweet

Drinks more like a barleywine, but really packs a punch! RIP Chase. 2nd glad for you. 2018 bottling.

Aged almost 4 years. Now it's like a smooth but slightly boozy barleywine.

2012 bottle. Dusty center of a Tootsie Pop and caramel apple sweetness. Soft but warming booze. Drying oxididation that brings to mind oak. Way better than expected. Improperly cellared and dragged around for a decade. Fun to reminisce.
