Oh found this in the corner of the basement aging away. The pour is Aromatic. The taste is a sweet Stone fruit and boozy. Delicious

Boozy beast even 5 years later, but oh so drinkable! Caramelly, buttery, no longer overly sweet. Wished I’d aged a 6 pack instead of just 1 bottle.

Can't say we've stored this appropriately. Enjoyed and also had a weird end note.

Amazing 5 year aged IPA. Strong, sweet, hoppy. Like a beer married a Sherry and birthed this. Then it grew up.

Imagine drawing a histogram of aging 120’s, this is on the far end. It’s in the “why the hell haven’t you had this yet?!” section. Still good, too malty.

Tastes like cherries and good times! Some things do get better with age!

Caramel, malty, slick, bready, raisin. Complex, smooth, these are so good aged 5 years.

Bought a 4pk of these 5 years ago before I even used this app. Bottle date of 8/2016 so Happy 5 years 🎂. I prefer it more now than I did fresh. Still have 2 bottles that I'll keep aging. Got a lot darker than I remember

Happy early bday to me. Drink em if you got em. 5 years is about the max aged I enjoy

Been aging this beer until today. So 5 years. Never have been the biggest fan of this beer while fresh. Aging brings so much more out of this beer. Easier to drink and you can appreciate the complexity of it more. Big, fig/date rich, breadiness

Celebrating IPA Day with this aged beauty from the Fall 2016 batch that sips like a barleywine at this point. Cheers!
