Thin but you get the heat from the Utopias. I never knew of a stout with a barley wine finish. This is great! #birthdaypour

Can't tell which year this is. Guessed. All the sultry smells are here. Absolutely beautiful combo - throat warming but not boozy; tobacco, dark fruit, burnt caramel; smooooth bourbon & vanilla; gentle roast. Props & ❤ to the OG, DFH. #ExtremeBeerBox

Bright candied cherries, earthy berries transitioned into a nice and roasty finish.

Brandy-smoked prunes on the nose with cinnamon and other spices after. This would be even more smooth and velvety over time.

Still boozy at 17+% ABV of course, but mellowing after two years. Definitely drinking better than the newer 2021 vintage. If I could hold on to one for another year or two…

首喝于2020年7月，没想到2022再喝还是2020这批。深黑，泡沫残留很少。闻香复杂而浓烈，有奶油，辛香，木质，酱味。几乎是所有旧世界世涛的感觉都熔炼在了一起，这可能就是乌托邦桶的魅力吧，可惜喝正主的已经高了，没能记下复杂的桶味。酒体中等厚度，没有很厚重，杀口感弱，苦感显著，比较冰冷凌厉，黑咖啡的感觉，同时马上出现深烘麦芽焦香，焦糖甜味在很后面才有体现。收口复杂而持久，各种药材，木质的口感缠绵在一起。

What an exquisite vintage and treat this is. Velvety boozy elegant malty and satisfying. Stored carefully since 2020. Opened for a very special occasion. Thank you Dogfish Head Craft master brewers. Cheers and appreciation since 2007! 🇱🇷🍺
