Would’ve posted a pic using a snifter, but needed a plastic cup for the tour!

Happy 5,000th beer check in to my favorite human! I'll just say it's my 5,000th check in, too, because I told him about this dang app 7 years ago-one year before we started dating. I'm just terrible about checking beers in when we're out with friends!

Thanks Kainoa C. Way too smooth for 17%. This is beautifully refined and definitely gives you the sense of exquisite barrel aging with high-end spirits. Absolutely beautiful stout.

Rich Twix bar and boozy dark fruit aromatics, almost the aroma of like a cheap blackberry brandy lurking about. Subtle molasses upfront, along with tootsie roll candy. Enjoying this a little more than the first time 6 months ago. Alot going on here 4.4

Final brew of the Sunday share with Drunk-NEPA T. & James L. What a dynamic duo to hang out with! They both brought out some gems. Thank you gentlemen! This one ended the night with a bang! No pic because my phone died...

DE-only release, I believe. Solid; but so hard for this to shine when side-by-side with the real deal. Good time tonight, Gents.

Raisin nose, raisin caramel to smooth vanilla with a touch of bitterness as it warms and some of the alcohol too. Cold this was smooth and went down easy. Really nice, Patrick C. Thanks!

12oz bottle - not as hot as expected. Decent malty and boozy notes (though not really recognizable as Utopias). A nice beer nonetheless! 4.3
