I’ll probably get shit for the 4.5...caramely and malty...strong...dark yet tasty. Great for its style...

Deep cocoa powder & plum aromatics upfront. Whiskey barrel, oak, some tobacco notes underneath. Gonna be fun to see what happens to this one over time.

Wow. Tons of utopias flavor, sherry, Port, vinous. The big fruity stout is there, smoother than a version with less 3 years of age. Nice stuff.

One of the best beer ever, if you haven’t tried this yet you must try it 👏

I haven’t been able to locate my original review but I remember my numeric rating. I actually forgot I had this and was looking for it the other night! We went through it quickly because it was a smaller bottle split two ways. Slightly boozy, darkly malty

Dogfish Head is where it all started for me... roasty booze bomb 💣 utopia up front & over the top... thxNate C.

First had this in March and it was wonderful. Sharp barrel+ booze + chocolate. 9 months later: a watered-down brew that hasn't aged well.

The complexity of this is insane. Has some cognac type vibes to it. So damn good and so lucky to have traded for one of these early this year.

Never had the uptopia but this is definitely different from the other WWS’s

For being young. This is incredible.

Complex notes of whiskey, licorice, oak, vanilla fudge. Smooth, flavorful finish. Thin body. Really tasty.

Not exactly a stout anymore. It’s somewhere in between a stout and a Barleywine. There’s sherry, brandy, port , vanilla and wood on top of classic, roasted, chocolate and coffee-like stout flavors and aromas. Much smoother than it was back in April.

I'm all for the Dogfish/Sam Adams merger if we're getting beer like this out of it

I’m glad I bought a bunch of these! So good with a chocolate licorice on the front end and a Utopias barrel finish! Not too boozy at all. Winner!

Dear God. Its like slivovitz in a beer

W O W! Aged this one for approximately 8 months, this is very smooth. The high octane Utopia from Samuel Adams (Boston Beer Co.) is almost intangible. You definitely get the DFH 120 Min IPA vibe from this, but I feel the barrel aged process mellows it out
