Yeah there’s a lot going on with this. Definitely a lot of the cognac/raisiny stuff going on from the Utopias.

It's still warming, but some impatient sips already get dark chocolate, plum, and the overall impression of Utopias, which by itself is a complex almost fortified wine, brandy sort of deliciousness. Warm but not hot... impressive at this ABV.

Some day I will find a bottle of Utopias, but in the meantime, this beer gives me some idea what it will be like. Complex, rich, and smooth. Delicious!

Rich, with dark fruit flavors and aromas that rock! Alcohol content deceptively hidden.

Really really nice. Thinner than the typical barrel aged stout so it doesn’t feel so sticky.

Don’t have any 120 Minute to drink on 1/20 day…..but this is probably more enjoyable!!
