She aged so well in my cabinet. She did not age well at dogfish. I won’t rate it cause I age beers better than dogfish haha

6 year old bottle Dyson shared. Booooozy with chocolate covered cherries and caramel malts. Really rich and thick. Had to drink it like bourbon it was so strong.

Not a ton of chocolate at this point. The cherry is nice, but this is so sweet it borders on drinking syrup unfortunately.

Deep copper color with a very malty / alcoholic nose. Super sweet with a bitterness that cuts right through as one would hope for. At 17% this beer is obviously best sipped.
