Got better as it warmed, for sure. Almost felt like drinking a cocktail - it brings some heat! Tasty, though.

Tons of bright fresh grapefruit on the nose. After that just a carcrash of bold hops. Not my jam. 90 minute is the sweet spot.

For a beer if this magnitude with this ABV it's extremely smooth with little aftertaste, hoppy and a bit boozy but, pretty amazing. Worth trying one at the $10/ 12oz. Live a little and listen to Earthless and drink this.

Been awhile since indulging in this beauty & the beast. This year’s is great. Just sweet enough to coat the mouth, enough boozy heat to gently clear the sinuses and fog the mind.

Floral aroma, strong, quality malt backbone. BTW this was tasted side by side with Dogfish Head 2010.

Not sure if this is '21 or '22 but I know I've been looking for it and found it! Potent, thick, a flavor like none other. This is a special beer.

The flavor has changed a little this year. Still wonderful, but definitely more bitter now. Less boozy/rich than in the past.

16.6% Imperial IPA Note: not a “Double” or a “Triple” or any such nonsense because if 10% is a triple than this would be a “Quintuple”. Fortunately for the mathematically challenged they just put the number on the bottle. A great, if a little boozy, IPA!

Happy 4th July🇺🇲. Starting off light🙃. Jesus this is a beast. I hadn't realised it was so strong (only 16.6% not the other 18%). Boozy. Total gorgeous malt base. Thank you USA for the beers (ps we let you win😘)

Good! Sharp. I like the aged version I just had. More fullness.
