120 Minute Ipa (2022)

IPA - Triple

One kickass IPA. Continuously hopped with a copious amount of high - alpha america hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and the dry hopped with another pallet of hops. Unfiltered and abundantly hoppy

Happy Birthday to me. Let’s just open a fresh bottle that should be aged for like 5yrs prior.

Split with Sarah B. ...might need to try this one again. Piny and west coast dry as usual. Buttery oily mouthfeel with a huge bitterness #postCheckin

The flavor has changed a little this year. Still wonderful, but definitely more bitter now. Less boozy/rich than in the past.

Floral aroma, strong, quality malt backbone. BTW this was tasted side by side with Dogfish Head 2010.

I’m feeling this right away. An excellent choice and as flavorful as Guy Fieri’s backseat.

This is a big boozy start to the Centenary Share! Spirit-like burn upfront. Palate adjusts as you go, allowing caramel and malts to come through, but this stays big right to the end. Cheers Wolty woltyfor bringing this rarity back to our shores! 🍻
