Wow you can totally taste the oak and vanilla in here! Had the regular ww stout from dogfish but this one is YUMMY! Very memorable. The crew at Fibbars was great!

Extremely strong, deep black stout that doesn't feel heavy. Strong alcohol and barley mix with vanilla to almost feel like liquid chocolate. Not a casual beer.

LOTS of sweet boozey winey (think export/Baltic style) vanilla. As it breathes you get more of the roasty notes but that booze is dominant and will not be stifled. Keep aging them but they are drinking well now.

Slightly sharp and somewhat molasses and soy sauce. But mostly good and boozy with a little bitter finish. Good vanilla, btw.

No carbonation left after aging so we’re left with a vanilla flavor up front and extremely smooth booziness on the end. Great nightcap.
