I've been aging this for a while, International Stout Day seemed like an appropriate time to crack it open.

Big coffee and bitter dark chocolate/charred maltyness. Boozy finish that warms the throat and chest.

Coffee cinnamon nose, strong coffee w/a touch of sweetness before an equally strong bourbon & bit of cinnamon & maybe a little vanilla. The balance is not there right now, but give it time & this will hit its place. 2 years from now, I’ll be back!

15.3% ABV Imperial Coffee Stout. Cold brewed coffee with hints of maple and unrefined sugar. Slightly boozy, but not bad for the ABV.

Surprisingly easy to drink. It's quite dangerous...in the best way. Hint of maple syrup and coffee, enough to take the edge off.

Whoops... Didn't realize this was 17% and on a work night... Something that maybe should be on the bottle... Oh well. 🤷🏼♂️

There must be 2 versions, one 17% and this one at 15.3%. 2 different check in choices this one was the correct abv. At first I was not sure, but it got better. Coffee , mucho coffee up front, maple syrup lighter at the end. Glad I got 4pk. Nice.

Pretty solid coffee stout. Burnt toast aromas, super roasty coffee notes, subtle cinnamon, creamy body, and a dry finish. Description on the bottle includes maple syrup but I don’t get much of that. Maybe it’ll show up after some time in the cellar.
