Whooo! Better be tucked in before you start this one! Boozy, with coffee & plum notes.

15.3% ABV Imperial Coffee Stout. Cold brewed coffee with hints of maple and unrefined sugar. Slightly boozy, but not bad for the ABV.

A ton of coffee as this has aged.

Black Friday bottle share. Thanks Mitchell E.

Definitely unique. Huge coffee aroma upon opening. Flavor is cinnamon forward with very subtle maple syrup notes. The cinnamon flavor almost makes you think it's a Mexican mole style stout minus the peppers and vanilla. Unique but good, typical Dogfish.

Coffee cinnamon nose, strong coffee w/a touch of sweetness before an equally strong bourbon & bit of cinnamon & maybe a little vanilla. The balance is not there right now, but give it time & this will hit its place. 2 years from now, I’ll be back!

So smooth. Prefer no coffee but not gonna argue. More aging…

Wow that is so so coffee bean heavy. Lots of deep roasts.

Molasses, wet oak, burnt cinnamon, and some smoky bacon on the nose. The smoky flavors leads, with bitter molasses behind it. There's a touch of cinnamon and maple, but both are burnt and behind the scenes. The stout tastes more fresh than barrel aged.
